I’m sure a lot of you have yet to hear of this guy. I suggest you keep your ears open & clean. As a part of the Union Muzic Group, O.N.E (One Not Equal) hails from Houston, Texas. Dude has been rhyming and slowly perfecting the craft since his college days & as of this past weekend dropped his debut mixtape, Last O.N.E Standing. Before I offer my opinion, I need readers to understand the following facts. I reside in Houston. Everyone, their grandma & their friend’s cousin seem to believe they are a rapper. I’m guessing the qualifications for that title only include a microphone, the use of the word swag & a twitter page. In my opinion there are only a handful, more like five fingers worth, of ARTISTS in Houston that are worth listening to. Just my opinion, so if you don’t like it…. SHOOT ME. With all that being said, O.N.E is one of the forementioned artists from Houston that you can enjoy & listen to a full project from. I still feel the best is yet to come from this guy, but for a debut mixtape, dude kills. I’m sure I’ve talked too much, so I think it’s best the music speak for itself.
